I've spent over ten years in software quality — starting as a manual tester, moving into test automation, and eventually leading QA teams at fast-growing SaaS companies. I've built test frameworks from scratch, integrated CI/CD pipelines, and helped dozens of engineers grow their careers.
I started QA Mentor because I kept seeing the same gap: talented engineers with solid technical skills who lacked guidance on career direction, test strategy, and how to communicate quality to stakeholders. Mentoring changed my own career trajectory, and I want to pass that on.
